FAQ

Common questions from global fertilizer buyers.

What is the difference between potassium fulvate and potassium humate?

Potassium fulvate has smaller molecules, higher activity and 100% solubility — best for fertigation and foliar with fast results. Potassium humate focuses on soil conditioning and water/nutrient retention — ideal as base fertilizer. They are often used together.

Can it be mixed with NPK fertilizers or pesticides?

Compatible with most water-soluble and compound fertilizers. For pesticide tank-mixes, run a small jar test first — no flocculation or precipitation before large-scale use.

What is your MOQ and lead time?

Trial orders from 1 ton. Regular lead time is 15-20 days depending on packaging and quantity.

Do you provide samples?

Yes — free 500g-1kg samples, freight collect. Send your target spec and we ship a representative batch sample.

What documents come with the shipment?

COA, MSDS, packing list and certificate of origin; phytosanitary or fumigation certificates on request.

What is the amino acid sourced from?

MSG (monosodium glutamate) fermentation, with a high free-amino-acid content — ideal as a foliar and biostimulant raw material.

Do you comply with EU and destination-country limits?

Batches are screened against EU Regulation 2019/1009 heavy-metal limits and the importing country's requirements; SGS / Eurofins reports are available.

What forms and packaging do you offer?

Powder, flake and granule; 25kg bags or 1-ton jumbo bags, with anti-UV liner and desiccant protection for sea freight; OEM packaging available.

How should the product be stored?

Store cool, dry and away from direct sunlight; keep bags sealed. With correct storage the product holds quality for at least 24 months.

Can you do OEM / custom formulations?

Yes — custom content, blends and packaging for distributors, formulators and brands.
